The Boys Brigade
Who can join?
The Boys' Brigade is a Christian Youth Organisation for boys aged 6 to 18.
Where and When
The company meets in the Dreghorn Loan Hall on Friday nights.
- Anchor Boys – P2 to P3 – 6:30pm to 7:30pm
- Junior Section – P4 to P6 – 6:30pm to 8:15pm
- Company Section – P7 upwards – 7:45pm to 10:00pm
- Senior Section – S3 upwards - with Company Section, until 10:30pm
What do we do?
The 7th Edinburgh Company, attatched to Colinton Parish Church, provides opportunities for leadership and learning new skills. Activities include community projects arts / crafts, sports and adventure persuits such as archery, canoeing and sailing. The Boys' Brigade helps to develop discipline, self-respect and reverence through the Christian Faith.
